    That's right Keysha,
if you think about doing something before you do it, you will think yourself right out of doing it. You just have to go for it and get it done. The more consistent you can become at doing this, you will not only become more disciplined but more productive as well.

    Great vid.

    Hey Keysha,

Procrastination is a killer to your business. Like you said, if you think about what might not happen, then you will procrastinate about. Even to the point of not doing it. We have to be like Nike and Just Do It!!! Today Matters. Thanks for sharing Keysha!

Hey Keysha, that is so true, we procrastinate to avoid pain

When I procrastinate I think to myself, how good did I feel that last time I did something I was procrastinating on. I focus on on that rather than the pain.

Awesome video Keysha. This is a concept that I first learned from Tony Robbins; that we will do more to avoid pain than we will to experience pleasure.

The key lies in associating more pain with not doing something and of course associating more pleasure with doing it, then we trick our crafty minds and get it done.
